I am a complementary therapist dedicated to providing reflexology and relaxing holistic therapies. Based in Kingswinford, I provide therapies at locations in Kingswinford, Stourbridge and the surrounding area. I work from home in my dedicated loft studio and have access to clinic rooms in Stourbridge if an upstairs venue is unsuitable. I will consider treatments in your own home following discussion if required.
My prices are competative to widen access as I believe that as many people as possible should be able to benefit from the positive effects of holistic therapies.
Hoping to meet you soon

Experience the therapeutic touch of reflexology, a holistic practice that targets pressure points to alleviate stress and enhance well-being.
Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet are said to connect to corresponding areas throughout the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a 'map' of the body. Reflexologists work on the reflexes with their thumbs and fingers in specialised massage techniques. Reflexology may help to relax, improve mood, aid sleep, relieve tension and provide a sense of well-being.
Experience the restorative benefits of massage, tailored to release tension, improve circulation and promote relaxation.
In our fast-paced world, stress is a constant companion for many. Massage therapy offers a sanctuary of calm and relaxation. The gentle kneading and manipulation of muscles can stimulate the release of endorphins, which are natural mood enhancers. This not only helps alleviate stress, but may also improve your mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Struggling with sleepless nights?..... Massage therapy can help!..... It encourages you to be calm and can relieve tension, making it easier to fall and stay asleep. The relaxation and stress reduction associated with massages may also help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, helping you switch off that little bit easier. Deep and restorative sleep is essential for physical and mental rejuvenation.
Massage therapy can benefit the mind, body and soul. Whether you seek relaxation, pain relief or improved overall wellness, the healing touch of a skilled therapist can work wonders.
Immerse yourself in the aromatic wonders of our aromatherapy treatments, designed to uplift the senses and soothe the mind.
Highly aromatic Essential Oils, are readily absorbed by the body via the skin and lungs, and are believed to affect the body on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When combined with massage, which helps to soothe away muscular tension and improve circulation, an aromatherapy treatment can be either deeply relaxing or uplifting, depending on the oils and massage techniques used by the therapist.
Aromatherapy is used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use it to help them manage or cope with specific physical, mental or emotional problems, while others use it as means of relaxation or to help maintain good health and a sense of general well-being.
Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing and invigorating form of massage that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. This traditional practice helps to release tension, improve circulation, and promote overall wellbeing. The gentle and rhythmic movements of the massage can help to calm the mind and soothe the body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
