I have 38 years experience as a registered nurse spending most of that time working with people with cancer or at the end of life within the NHS and several charities. I am also a Complementary Therapist  with   Level 3 Diplomas in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, and have completed accredited training in Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage. I am an enthusiastic advocate of complementary and holistic approaches and understand the impact self-care has on our wellbeing and  the importance of living in the present moment. 

I have a thirst for knowledge and am an advocate for continuous professional development and will commence clinical reflexology training at Level 5 in February 2025.
